Filing for Reimbursement for Direct-Payment Purchases
With our direct-payment services, you pay for your INRatio kit at the time of purchase, and we process and ship your order right away. Your receipt (or copy of receipt) can be sent to your insurance company directly to request reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance company to request pre-approval BEFORE you order your INRatio kit.

Medicare
Currently, we are only aware of Medicare covering the costs for a PT/INR monitor and supplies if the patient has received a mechanical heart valve replacement. For more information, please contact your local Medicare office or call us at 1-877-SELF-TEST (735-3837).
